Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Period: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Returned products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
How to initiate the process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@lorvenn-london.com including:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Your contact details
Refunds
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@lorvenn-london.com.
Costs
Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, with costs starting from €20, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
- Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is still incorrect or defective, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated system.
